YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy notice.

How information is used in the FINXFIND tracing service.

What you submit

The request form collects your name, email, country, optional phone and address, transaction details, any description you choose to provide, and optional identity or supporting documents. Do not include wallet passwords, seed phrases, or private keys.

Who can access it

Authorized administrators and investigators can access incoming requests to review transactions, manage cases, and contact requesters. Staff credentials are stored as password hashes.

Your private trace ID

Anyone with your trace ID or tracking link can view the published case status, investigator messages, and exchange findings. Uploaded documents are accessible only to authorized staff. The public tracking page does not show your documents or the personal contact details from your request. Keep your ID private, including when sharing screenshots or links.

Contact and case updates

Investigators may contact you manually using your submitted contact details. This portal does not automatically email you when a request is submitted or updated. Check your tracking page for published updates.

Stored information and access

Requests and their update history remain stored until the service operator removes them. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact the investigator handling your case using the contact details in their correspondence.

Cookies

The service uses essential cookies for staff sign-in, form security, and submission confirmations. No advertising or analytics scripts are included in this application.

Scope of the service

FINXFIND provides tracing information. Findings do not guarantee that funds remain at a destination or can be recovered. Recovery actions are the requester's responsibility.
